Withdrawal information for digital services

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts.

The period starts when the contract is concluded. A clear declaration in text form is sufficient.

If you expressly request that we begin providing the digital service before the withdrawal period ends, access starts immediately after checkout.

Where the digital service has been fully performed, the withdrawal right may expire under the statutory requirements. We collect this acknowledgement separately before paid consumer checkouts.

Timely dispatch of the notice is sufficient.

I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me for the use of QR Manager Pro. Please include your name, address, email, date and, where possible, the affected workspace or invoice reference.
