Clear governance
Workspaces, roles, member invitations, and plan-based sharing for internal and external collaboration.
QR Manager Pro brings static and dynamic QR codes into one focused workflow for teams, campaigns, and data operations, with workspace structure, governance, analytics, sharing, and separately billable sync modules.
From lightweight static usage to dynamic, team-ready operations.
Free
A free entry plan with a deliberately reduced feature set for straightforward static use cases.
Plus / Pro
Editable QRs, scan data, and team sharing without friction between business owners and IT.
Add-ons
SharePoint and Google Sheets run on the same typed import/export engine, but remain independently billable.
Why QR Manager Pro
Workspaces, roles, member invitations, and plan-based sharing for internal and external collaboration.
From single QR codes to imported batches with typed mapping, re-imports, and controlled writeback.
Dynamic QR codes stay editable and measurable. At period end, workspaces are normalized cleanly to the final free state instead of relying on legacy fallback modes.
QR Types
From URL to WiFi and crypto: the same product logic, the same styling controls, and the same billing model across every QR type.
Links to websites, forms, or videos with clean target control.
Digital business cards with smartphone-friendly download support.
Short notes, process instructions, or location details directly on scan.
Prefilled messages for service, support, or appointment flows.
Predefined emails with recipient, subject, and body.
Distribute network access without manual password entry.
Trigger prepared social posts with text, link, and hashtags.
Request wallet payments for BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT.
Best for fixed content without tracking. Once created, content cannot be edited and stays intentionally lightweight.
Plus and Pro unlock hosted dynamic QR codes behind `/r/[slug]`, including analytics, sharing, and clear entitlement rules through the end of the paid term.
Add-ons
Integrations are not hidden inside a plan. They stay explicit, optional modules for workspaces that need sync.
Excel imports, re-imports, exports, and writeback for Microsoft-heavy workflows.
Explore SharePointSpreadsheet-driven QR production and updates for teams outside the Microsoft stack.

Contract and pricing information
QR Manager Pro is built with teams and integrations in mind, but it can also be used by private individuals. The public consumer prices shown here include statutory VAT.
Business tax handling as well as contract and cancellation details are available in the terms , withdrawal notice and the privacy notice.
This section is intentionally more detailed than a typical QR landing page. It is meant as an operational decision layer for teams, procurement, and admins rather than filler copy.
Access
Because it reduces onboarding friction. No password resets, no shared credentials, and less support overhead for smaller teams or external stakeholders.
Access itself stays provider-neutral. Microsoft is only connected if a workspace actively uses the SharePoint add-on.
Plans
Static QR codes are free, quick to generate, and intended for fixed content. Once created, content stays immutable and there is no scan analytics, sharing, or integration logic.
Dynamic QR codes are available on Plus and Pro. They remain editable, resolve through a managed delivery layer, support analytics, and fit into collaboration and integration workflows.
Billing
Plus and Pro can be booked monthly or yearly. The yearly option is discounted and better suited to steady teams or predictable rollouts.
Billing is managed per workspace. Seats and add-ons are kept separate per customer environment rather than being mixed across accounts.
Cancellation
Everything remains active until the end of the already paid term. Automatic renewal stops immediately, but the workspace keeps full paid access until the current period ends.
After that, the workspace is normalized to the free state. Dynamic QR codes are paused and additional seats or invitations may be deactivated until a paid plan is reactivated.
Teams
Free is intentionally not team-ready. Plus unlocks workspace members, invitations, and member-only sharing so internal teams can collaborate cleanly.
Pro extends that model with password-protected guest sharing for agencies, partners, or departments outside the core workspace.
Integrations
Because not every workspace needs structured import/export flows. Keeping them optional prevents the core plan from becoming more expensive for teams that work manually.
Both add-ons run on the same typed mapping engine. Teams that depend on spreadsheets get import, re-import, export, and writeback as dedicated sync modules.
Legal scope
QR Manager Pro is clearly oriented towards teams, workflows, and integrations, but it can also be used by solo users and private individuals.
Binding pricing, tax, cancellation, and consumer information is shown in checkout and mirrored in the linked terms and privacy notice.
Privacy
Not at the moment, because the app currently uses only strictly necessary cookies and state information for login sessions and OAuth security flows. No consent-based marketing or comfort tracking is loaded today.
If consent-requiring tracking is added later, it will need a proper consent layer before activation. Until then, the privacy notice remains the main transparency surface.
Compliance
For dynamic QR codes, pseudonymized scan data such as timestamp, referrer, user agent, and hashed or truncated IP information is processed. This supports secure delivery and the analytics capabilities of the booked service.
Legal notice, privacy information, and contract terms are publicly linked. Integrations with Stripe, SMTP mail delivery, Microsoft, or Google are disclosed and only used where required for the selected product flow.
