Terms for QR Manager Pro

QR Manager Pro is a cloud-based software service for creating, managing, analyzing and sharing QR codes, including optional integration modules.

Registration is performed via Magic Link. Users must provide accurate contact details and secure access to their email account and login environment.

Billing takes place per workspace in the selected monthly or yearly interval. The total price shown in checkout is authoritative.

Where legally required, consumers are shown prices including statutory VAT before purchase; for businesses, tax handling is displayed based on the checkout data provided.

Paid plans and add-ons are processed via Stripe.

A paid contract is concluded upon completion of the Stripe checkout. The contract, pricing, and term information shown there are authoritative.

Upgrades become effective immediately; downgrades, interval changes and add-on cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Consumers benefit from the statutory withdrawal rights. Where digital services are to begin before the withdrawal period ends, we collect the confirmations required by law before checkout.

Withdrawal declarations and other consumer notices may be sent in text form to christian@vossmedien.de.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the end of the current term.

Cancellations may be submitted through the provided cancellation button, the billing portal or in text form to christian@vossmedien.de.

After a paid plan ends, a 14-day soft-landing phase applies. Afterwards, up to five legacy dynamic QR codes remain active while additional dynamic QR codes may be paused until a new paid plan is activated.

We continuously develop the service and may adjust features provided the core contractual purpose is not unreasonably impaired. Maintenance windows, security-related interventions and technically required changes remain reserved.

We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and wherever liability is mandatory by law.

In case of slight negligence regarding essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, Nürnberg shall be the place of jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
